Tough day ahead? Maybe a battle or two or? Maybe just a busy schedule robbing you of peace? Let God duke it out for you. I’m going to try to the same thing.

Let’s fight our battles, big or small, the same way Jehoshaphat did in 2 Chronicles 20:1-30. (Read it for yourself— it’s awesome!). He sought the Lord.

Verse 17 says: “But you will not need to fight. Take your positions; then stand still and watch the Lord’s victory. He is with you. . . . Do not be afraid or discouraged. Go out against them tomorrow, for the Lord is with you!”

This was not a call to do nothing. They had to step out on the battlefield.

Let’s step out in Faith, friends! The cool part? “At the very moment they began to sing and give praise” (v.22) to God, the battle was won. I pray, but sometimes I forget to praise.
