The saddest thing about evil is that it will continue to proliferate and shall intensify even more, and cause the sufferings of many, Christians and non-Christians alike. The good news, however, is that even its vilest venom could never separate us from the love of God.
Good thoughts, ehdlive. Three things come to mind as I consider the problem of evil: 1) We can’t solve the problem of evil—we can’t know why God allows it (Isaiah 55:8); 2) Because of our fallen state, human beings are born with evil in our hearts (Jeremiah 17:9); 3) The power of God can help us overcome evil with God (Romans 12:21). Praise God that He is greater than the evil found in the world! (Romans 8:9,38-39).
