1 John 4:8- 12
Whoever does not love does not know God, because—– God is love. —- This is how God showed his love among us:—– He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him. —– This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins. Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.
A few more than 2 words but I love 🙂 this piece of scripture.
I AM. When Pontias Pilot asked Jesus if he was the king of the Jews, and the messiah, Jesus answered I AM! To me this means he is everything, in all things, in everyone, and everywhere. He is my life, My GOD, my savior, and my best freind!
The word awesome is used to describe many things. Young people often over use it; “that’s awesome!!” They may be talking about a movie, a touchdown or even pizza.
I never use the word “Awesome” except in praise and worship. It’s just a thing with me.
He is mighty and awesome. He keeps His covenant of love with those who love Him and obey His commands.
He is awesome in glory, awesome in deeds, mighty and awesome, glorious and awesome, awesome in His sanctuary – AWESOME!!
Powerful and Merciful.
God is all powerful and has the ability to do anything. Yet, He is merciful towards us who deserve hell. I am glad that my God holds the world in His hands but also chooses to love me and forgive me for the sins I committ against Him everyday.
The world itself could not hold all the names worthy of our Gracious Savior, the Alpha and Omega, The Way, The Truth, The Life, The Door…I AM, all have a righteous place in our frail attempt of naming The One who God Almighty said has been given a Name about all names…through which we must be saved…Jesus Christ…My Redeemer…..
Just two words, eh? Hmmm, the only two that come to mind is…
Trustful Father.
If anything comes up in my life, I know I can talk to Him and He will comfort and guide me in everything. His Word, both Old and New Testaments, are wise in advise and guidance.
What better love story then sending your one and only son to earth to die for sinners who were not seeking God. Faithfully God persued me harder and longer than my husband would ever dream of doing.
I’m constantly reminded that though God is the Creator of all things and the Maker of heaven and earth, He loves me more than I can ever know and that I am fearfully and wonderfully made. I always marvel at that fact.
Father because He is my Heavenly Father and loves me more than any human father could. Comforter He comforters me in all my times of need. He is always there like afather should be and a comforter. I would not live it wasn’t for him.

Saviour and Lord.
Yes, He saved me but it doesn’t stop there.
He is my Lord too, whom I obey and follow the rest of my days.
