FELLOWSHIP WITH OTHER BELIEVERS IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE FOR 1. GOD GAVE US GIFTS TO SHARE WITH ONE ANOTHER. 2. BECAUSE WE NEED THE STRENGTH OF ONE ANOTHER TO GET THROUGH THE TRIALS WE WILL FACE, AND 3. BECAUSE OUR LOVE FOR ONE ANOTHER GROWS OUTWARD TO THOSE WHO ARE STILL YET LOST AND FOR THOSE WHO HAVE BEEN FOUND. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.
Good thoughts, franc. Just got back from serving at a youth camp. Each day teams comprised of fifteen 16- to 19-year-olds would gather with a few adult leaders to discuss God and spiritual matters. It was beautiful see them grow in trust and inspire one another in Jesus. Through the tears and laughs, deep fellowship was experienced!
We have a relational God and He wants us to fellow not only with Him but with others as well. Through fellowship, we are able to be encouraged and encourage each other sharing what God had done for us and others so we can hold onto the hope that God is always there for us whatever our circumstances now and in the future. Also, when we pray together besides praying on our own will deepen and strengthen our relationship with God as well as for others. That’s one of the reason for involvement in cell groups, conferences and adult and youth activities, missions etc.
Fellowship is what the devil wants to destroy and God’s teaching of love and fellowship with one another strengthen everyone so that our lives will flourish. Everyone has to make an effort to work at it and that’s where we need to pray for more of the fruits fo the Spirit. Remember ‘Words without Action is Dead’. God bless us all.
Thanks, GChoo. Good insight that our fellowship with other believers in Jesus reflects the beautiful love and fellowship exhibited by the members of the Trinity—the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit!

…because the Bible says: “for where 2 or 3 are gathered together in My name, there I am with them!” Matthew18:20
