How have recent acts of terrorism affected you spiritually? How has your faith in Jesus provided the perspective and hope you need?

The recent acts of terrorism have not had an affect on my spirituality at all. They have however affected my opinions of our government.
Hearing the stories behind the terrorists themselves and their need to belong to something even if it is evil just shows the need for us to reach out more in our communities to show we care rather than being moral police which it seems more Christians today are falling into. Sharing what we are against more than what has been shown by Jesus to us.
