How easily we praise men who come in the name of the Lord. We elevate them in honor and position. We trust them with our spiritual lives and future. Yet, how easily they can fail us.
Jesus was hailed as the deliverer and crucified as a thief. Be wary of the praise of men. It is fickle and sometimes dangerous. Emulate Jesus with a life of individual ministry that lifts up Christ. Blessed is the one who come in the name of the Lord.
Just don’t let too many know. There are still some Judas’ out there.
