And why are you anxious about clothing? If God clothes the grass of the field, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? Matthew 6:28, 30 (Photo by Marvin Williams)
Thanks for presenting this pic, Marvin. God’s creation is so beautiful, creative, and awe-inspiring! He does care for it, just as He cares for us—drawing out beauty from even difficult circumstances. Praise Him!
Tom, I am finding when I take time to walk, listen, and open my eyes, I see God’s beauty around me. His beauty reminds me of the truth that he is a good God. One of the expressions of his goodness is taking care of his children, even down to the smallest details. You are right still – another expression of his goodness is showing us himself during difficult times. Blessings on you, friend.
victorkuah, thanks for your comment here. You can never reply and depend on God’s word too much. It is by his word that our faith grows. Keep trusting in God through trusting in the veracity of his word. God will take care of us, and we have no need to apologize for that. Blessings on you, brother.
It is so true with what you said. In my back garden i have a prickly climber we planted that have grown and covered part of my back fence. Last winter, the snow just fell almost everyday for a week and the weight of the snow almost broke one of the big branches. It was the worst snow fall i have ever experienced in Scotland. When i found out, i tried to join the almost broken branch to the main trunk with a rope to hold it together. So, basically it was hanging by only a quarter of the branch after rescuing it. Didn’t think it would survive but still gave it a try. By God’s grace and what He said in the scripture quoted by you in Matt. 6:28, this part of the climber is still growing and producing really green and healthy leaves and flowers which will then produce fruits for the birds during winter.
When i found out it is still alive and growing, i just marvelled at this amazing sight. It really made me think about how much more is God’s love for us, being made in His image. Hallelujah!
Everyday God is showing us a little more or even more of His wonderful creation if we care to open our eyes to them and learn to trust in Him for our provision.

HEY MARVIN! Thanks for your picture! This is my favourite verse. However, I think sometimes I am guilty of overusing the verse 🙂
