My hardest experience happened 2 months ago when I had to make the decision to grant my mother’s wish to stop all her treatments. And I had to do this while I am in Tibet where as a Filipino Christian I am so isolated from all forms of physical support. But it is in this isolation, amidst the mountains & the Tibetans’ belief about death that I felt that God never left me. It was in the act of total surrender to Him that He provided me peace, comfort, and support.
