I am seeing people awakened to full life in Christ. I am seeing marriages restored, fathers desiring to lead their children, husbands willing to sacrifice their lives for their wives, and spiritual birth is a reality. The local church is not perfect, but I see all kinds of signs of a strong pulse.
I am encouraged by the focus of our ministers on God’s Word in the Bible, the different ministries (in and outwith) church members are involved, and some travelling 45 minutes to worship God, making the effort to get their children to know more about God through the Sunday schools and youth worship. Even coming an hour early to the high school concourse to set up the chairs, the stage, the worship team, children’s work for us to worship God every week.
Our church may not be perfect but we try to live by God’s teaching as much as we can. Hallelujah!

Praise God, Marvin. The things you’re seeing are evidence of the gospel at work in the hearts of your people!
